MemBoards sells souvenir cutting boards featuring printed designs of iconic landmarks from European cities. Our products are intended as decorative souvenirs and gifts.

- The image side (front) is decorative only — NOT suitable for food contact
- The back side is safe for food preparation
- Material: High-quality plywood (veneered)
- Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include applicable VAT where required
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal
- Your order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed
4. Orders & Contract Formation
- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to buy our products
- We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging your order

- Items must be returned in original condition, unused and in original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

- We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items
