Souvenir cutting board featuring Pamplona’s Plaza del Castillo — the beating heart of the city and the square that inspired Ernest Hemingway to write his masterpiece ‘The Sun Also Rises’ (1926). This elegant arcaded plaza, lined with cafГ© terraces and surrounded by 18th-century buildings, has been Pamplona’s social center since the Middle Ages (it was even used as a bullring until 1844).
